Thank you for choosing JOBBED, an online platform accessible via www.jobbed.net and its associated mobile application (“App”), operated by JOBBED. JOBBED provides a digital marketplace that connects individuals (“Customers”) in need of local services with independent service providers (“Providers”).
By accessing or using JOBBED, Users agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use our Site or App.
1. Platform Purpose
JOBBED connects Customers with Providers for small jobs, services, or side gigs. The platform facilitates introduction and payment processing but is not responsible for the quality, timing, or outcome of the services rendered. JOBBED is not a service provider, employer, contractor, or agent for any Provider or Customer.
2. User Eligibility

To use JOBBED, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.

Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
3. Platform Fees & Payments
For Customers:

All payments for services must be processed through JOBBED.NET.

Customers are responsible for paying a payment processing fee, which will be calculated and charged via Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
For Providers:

Providers pay a 7% platform fee on each transaction completed through JOBBED.NET.

This fee is only charged after successful payment for a completed job.

There are no monthly fees, signup fees, or advertising fees for Providers.
4. Payment Disputes
JOBBED is not responsible for any payment disputes, job satisfaction issues, or timing problems between Customers and Providers.
Disputes must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
5. User Conduct
All Users agree:

Not to bypass JOBBED.NET to avoid platform fees.

To pay all applicable fees in a timely and honest manner.

To treat all other Users respectfully and lawfully.

Violations of these policies, including withholding payments or failing to complete accepted jobs, may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
6. Provider Commitments

Providers are expected to complete all accepted job requests in good faith.

Repeated failure to fulfill jobs may result in account suspension or removal.

Providers are only required to pay platform fees when they receive payment through JOBBED.
7. Limitations of Liability
JOBBED is not liable for:

The conduct, acts, or omissions of any User.

The quality, safety, legality, or timeliness of services.

Any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the platform.

JOBBED provides the platform as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or other misuse of the platform.
9. Modifications to the Terms
JOBBED reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
